The hotel location was great, not too noisy and in a convenient area. The check-in and checkout process was fast and smooth. We also appreciated the shuttle service provided by the hotel. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn.

We couldn't find our reservation when we got here. We just got back and I just looked at my account details and I see we paid twice!!!! I'll call the hotel and ask for an explanation and a refund.

The soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, even though we were on the top floor.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for a layover and was very satisfied. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from JFK with a free shuttle. The staff, especially Eugena, were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and modern, with a well-maintained bathroom. There were plenty of TV channels and a coffee maker. Convenient amenities included an ironing board, self-service laundry, and a gym. Easy access to NYC or Long Island via the nearby train station. Great restaurant on the first floor.
